Privateer won a contract with VALI Tier 2 Help Desk.

Privateer won a contract with VALI Tier 2 Help Desk. It is Privateer's job to provide Tier 2 help desk support for VALI supported applications. This support includes resolving tickets escalated to Tier 2 from VA’s National Service Desk (NSD), working closely with other VALI-supported help desks, and performing testing to determine if changes/updates affect the VALI applications.

Privateer won a contract with MAC Contract Support.

Privateer won a contract with MAC Contract Support. In this contract, Privateer IT provides resources necessary to provide Tier 4 support, and enterprise baselines and configurations, for MAC devices across the VA enterprise. The support includes day to day Tier 4 senior level technical support for the organization, developing integration solutions for MAC devices into VA’s existing architecture, integration of selected solutions into VA’s enterprise, developing procedures for the field to use, training the field on using solutions, and providing expertise on all MAC systems.
