Alongside the services described under Capabilities, Privateer IT builds and operates its own products. Both come out of the same federal delivery experience: they solve problems we met on contract, for the finance, procurement, and capture teams who have to answer for them.

AI usage intelligence. Attributes every AI tool, token, and seat to a person, team, and cost center, so AI spend has an accountable owner.

Learn moreAI spend is growing faster than the controls around it. Marquepoint is the measurement layer that tells an organization who is actually consuming AI, and what it costs.
Large organizations now buy AI two different ways: per-seat licenses that bill whether or not anyone signs in, and metered token consumption generated by APIs, assistants, and autonomous agents. Neither billing model identifies the person, team, or cost center that created the expense. Cloud FinOps tooling can account for infrastructure, but it cannot see which seats are idle, which models are overpriced for the work being done, or where an automated agent is quietly generating unplanned spend.
Marquepoint closes that gap. It observes AI use at the endpoint where a person uses a tool and at the gateway where an application calls a provider, then turns those events into a single attributed cost ledger that finance, procurement, and security all work from. It does this without collecting prompt or response content — measurement and governance, not surveillance of what people wrote.

Attribute tools, tokens, and seats to a person, team, and cost center, labeling exactly which figures are measured and which are estimated.
Surface idle and underused seats against actual activity, so license rationalization can act on evidence instead of an invoice total.
Flag premium-model work that a lower-cost model could handle, and show the monthly difference before anyone changes a default.
Set individual and team budgets, and stop runaway agent consumption where policy authorizes enforcement rather than alerting alone.
Identify spikes, off-pattern activity, and exfiltration signals in the context of who the user is and what their role normally does.
Produce tamper-evident audit records with role-based access control, SSO/SCIM, and SIEM forwarding, so oversight questions have an answer.
Marquepoint is designed to run where the data already lives, so adopting it does not mean standing up a new accreditation boundary or shipping usage records to a third party.

AI proposal development for government contractors. Parley learns how your organization writes, then drafts in that voice from your own contract record.
Federal proposal work is repetitive in the least useful way. The same corporate data, the same past performance, and the same compliance scaffolding get rewritten under deadline for every solicitation, and the quality of the result depends on who happened to be available that week.
Parley ingests your prior contracts and proposals, builds a model of how your company actually writes, and drafts technical write-ups and proposal sections grounded in your own corporate information and documented past performance rather than in generic language. It also reads the opportunity pipeline and recommends which solicitations are worth pursuing against the experience you can evidence.
